Terms and Conditions

• The client shall make a non-refundable retainer of 50% to the photographer. Upon payment, the photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties exclusively for you. ​The full and final payment needs to be done on the date of the photoshooting, once the photography services have been provided on the day.​​

• In case the photography service is needed beyond agreed time, an overtime charges will be applied.

• If client requests to reschedule its session on account of illness, emergency, act of God or any cause outside its control, the retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session provided that notice is given at least 14 days prior to the scheduled photoshoot (or reasonable notice in the case of an emergency). Requests to rescheduled by client is at the discretion of photographer and subject to the availability of photographer.

• Images are edited at Photographer’s discretion. Photographer reserves the creative right to edit and release only those photos deemed creditable as professional in quality and written the Photographer's artistic standards.

• All photographs will be shot in digital format. Digital photos will be made available on an online gallery available for download no later than 2 weeks after the shoot date. Photos will be delivered as high-resolution JPEG files in an online gallery. RAW files will not be provided. When the online gallery is delivered, it shall remain open for 30 days from delivery date. Be advised that RAW files may be destroyed at any time after the online gallery has been delivered.

• The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions.
   

• ​The Photographer shall only make reproductions under The Client's acknowledgement for the photographer's portfolio, self-promotion, social media, editorial use, or posting on The Photographer's website. The Photographer agrees to seek the Client's consent in the use of the pictures for the purposes stated here before publishing them.
   

• Upon final payment by the Client, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the Client under the following conditions: - The photographs are The property of The Client for personal use and for the purpose of the reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and relatives. - The Client must obtain written permission from and compensate the photographer prior to the client or it's friends and relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit.
